Our new sustainable polyester threads are produced from plastic bottles.

With our recycled polyester threads, we play a role in solving the ever-growing ocean plastic problem of customers and consumers.

We eliminate the risk of pet bottles that we use in our production to enter the ocean and save 400 years to nature. First class pes threads are derived from pet bottles. We aim to protect our natural resources by turning billions of plastic bottles into recycled threads.

Transformation, Evolution, Development...

During our textile journey that has been going on since 1925, the developing production technologies have opened the doors to new possibilities and very different dimensions in textile.

One of the most important of these was the consciousness brought by planet-friendly production. İpekiş has obtained many certificates in this regard long before the word sustainability was pronounced such widely, and has become a structure that represents our country in the global arena and leads domestic textile manufacturers.

We do not know how many plastic bottles we have recycled so far. We cannot calculate how many tons of plastic get a second chance from oour side. But we know very well that we are doing something good. We are extremely proud of being a pioneer in this regard and spreading the concept of sustainability in our country.
